Our services

We do not offer standard solutions. Because we know that every customer is different. We will review your contract and discuss everything in detail with you by telephone, video conference or, if possible, in person at our office. After examination and sufficient written evidence to conduct a court case that is successful for you, the order is placed with our legal team. Here all necessary steps to prepare the legal procedure are organized and our lawyers are authorized with a power of attorney to represent you before the Spanish court bodies as well as in the first correspondence with the resort to be sued.

Reporting

You will always receive feedback from us on the current status of your case. We are available for all open questions and we regularly give feedback on correspondence in court in order to be kept up to date. Direct communication with both your advisor and clerk takes place in your language so that everything is clear and easy to understand for you.

Submission of the claim, a confirmation is issued through the court and the case is assigned a case number, which can be found in the relevant legal document.

Process flow

Review by a judge and filing of a lawsuit. Here the complainant party is asked to comment.

Preliminary hearing - arbitration date
A date is set at which the respective legal representatives of both parties can discuss the corresponding written evidence in front of the judge and request further documents.

Negotiation - Judgment
The court decides whether witnesses or our clients must be present in person. If not, our clients receive a summary in their language of the key points of the verdict.

If one of these points occurs in your purchase contract, you are definitely entitled to a refund of your money and should contact us immediately!

Contracts without a contract end

The duration of the contract must be between three and fifty years. If not, all contracts entered into after January 5, 1999 are illegal.
Flexible weeks and point systems
The object of the contract must clearly define which exact calendar week is assigned to an exact apartment number. If this information is missing, the contract is legally ineffective.
Payment within the reflection period
All payments that the purchaser has made to the seller before the end of the withdrawal period are prohibited and therefore illegal. If you have made a payment within the cooling off period, you are entitled to claim back double the amount of that payment.
